Engage with Care is a program of the Central Coast Health Support Foundation (CCHSF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Santa Cruz County.

At Engage With Care, we envision a community where no patient faces cancer or medical hardship alone. We believe every individual deserves access to compassionate support, essential resources, and the ability to focus on healing without the overwhelming burden of financial stress.

Our vision is to build a stronger, more connected support system for patients and families throughout the Central Coast - one rooted in advocacy, compassion, and community care. Through direct assistance, community partnerships, and patient-centered support, we strive to create meaningful impact for those navigating some of life’s most difficult moments.
