Engage with Care is a community program of the Central Coast Health Support Foundation (CCHSF) dedicated to reducing the financial burden of a cancer diagnosis.
We connect patients in Santa Cruz County with local and national resources for medical expense assistance, financial aid, and other practical support throughout cancer care.
Rooted in community, we help patients and families navigate available resources with compassion, practical guidance, and neighbors who truly care.
